Located in most develop industrial zone IMT Manesar in Gurgaon City of Haryana (India), spread in 25,000 square feet area, the company is fully equipped with the state-of-the-art technology and most mordern infrastructure. To keep pace with increased customer needs on Rubber Roller coverings, we at Kanishka have a programme of technical excellence which is forever being updated by our compounding experts coupled with our quality control department which gives you, the customers, unrivalled product satisfaction. The plant is having facilities to manufacture complete steel shell, dynamic balancing, in house rubber compounding, pressurised rubber coating and and grinding. Machines installed are capable of producing Rubber Rollers ranging from 20mm dia to 850mm dia and length up to 3500mm. Rubber Roller weighing from a few kilograms to several tones can be processed in our modern facility. Compounds suitable for delicate colors printing or with the strength to carry steel strips are available in various hardness and colours. Full in-house engineering facilities enable us to manufacture new Rubber Roller or to repair and refurbish your existing cores.
